We are seeking an experienced Murex MX.3 Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in the Murex platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Murex configuration, Front Office, Back Office workflows, Datamart, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
This role requires a consultant with strong functional and technical knowledge who can support Murex implementation, configuration, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively on the Murex MX.3 platform across functional and technical areas.
- Configure and support Front Office and Back Office workflows and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
- Configure and maintain Murex modules based on business and functional requirements.
- Work extensively on Murex Datamart, including data extraction, reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
- Support and configure Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functionalities.
- Collaborate with business users, Front Office, Risk, Operations, and technical teams to understand and implement requirements.
- Analyse and troubleshoot Murex functional, technical, and production issues and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in Murex implementation, enhancements, migration, upgrade, and release activities.
- Support system integrations and interfaces between Murex and external applications.
- Work on configuration and customization activities within the Murex platform.
- Provide production support and ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvements across the Murex platform.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Murex MX.3.
- Good understanding of Front Office and Back Office workflows.
- Strong hands-on experience with Murex Datamart.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Experience in Murex configuration, implementation, customization, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL and Unix/Linux.
- Knowledge of MxML Exchange.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial products.
- Experience in Murex implementation, migration, upgrade, enhancement, or production support projects.
- Experience working with Murex interfaces and integrations.
- Experience working in a banking, financial services, or capital markets environment.
