Key Responsibilities –
Data Management & Analytics
- Own the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of aftercare data across centrally maintained formats and the MIS platform.
- Maintain and regularly update program databases, casefile approval sheets and other central data repositories; track changes and prepare donor-wise consolidations.
- Review data for missing information, inconsistencies and other discrepancies; coordinate with location teams for timely correction.
- Consolidate data across program activities and generate dashboards, data trends and summaries that highlight gaps and support course correction.
- Ensure standard data-capture formats are updated, correctly completed and consistently used by location teams.
Program Data & Reporting Support
- Track and consolidate aftercare program data to ensure that key activities and participant journeys are accurately reflected in the MIS.
- Prepare donor reporting base sheets and verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission to the reporting/operations team.
- Consolidate and organize program data for proposals, reviews, donor reports and other program documents.
- Support periodic verification of program budget utilization data by matching relevant activity and expenditure information with location-level records.
- Cross-check utilization and expenditure-related data with relevant location personnel, identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
MIS Platform Management & Staff Support
- Monitor the functionality and usability of the RiseUp MIS platform and coordinate with relevant teams on data-related issues.
- Document MIS requirements and support the development, testing and rollout of new MIS features.
- Support refresher training for staff on RiseUp, data-entry standards, data quality and use of MIS reports.
Data-Focused Field Monitoring
- Undertake periodic field visits to understand data processes and verify the consistency between program records and on-ground implementation.
- Document data-quality observations and support teams in resolving recurring data and documentation gaps.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- An MSW/MBA/PGDM in any specialization or a Master's degree in Development Management.
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in development sector.
- Experience working with vulnerable youth and Knowledge about skilling ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills and data handling capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in both English and Hindi languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools with knowledge in advanced excel is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel: This position is based in Mumbai and will involve approximately 60% office-based data management works and 40% travel to program locations. (Location-Districts of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka & New States after every expansion)
