Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced TOEFL Trainer to help students achieve their target scores for overseas education. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills, a strong understanding of the TOEFL exam pattern, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality TOEFL coaching for Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing modules.
- Assess students' language proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
- Conduct mock tests and provide detailed feedback to improve performance.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Guide students on test-taking strategies and time management.
- Stay updated with the latest TOEFL exam format and scoring criteria.
- Support students in achieving their target scores within the desired timeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience as a TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, or other English proficiency test trainer is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- TOEFL certification or previous high TOEFL score (preferred).
- Experience in study abroad or language training institutes.
- Knowledge of international education systems is a plus.
