Job Description
Role Brief: We are seeking a seasoned leader to head the APAC, delivering end-to-end Analytics Consulting across performance analytics, target forecasting, dashboard development, campaign management, and drivers analysis. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into solution wireframes, execute projects, surface actionable insights, and drive measurable impact. You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, while serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Team management – Lead and develop a high-performing cross-functional analytics team; handle capacity planning, sprint/backlog prioritization, and resource allocation; ensure execution standards; mentor and upskill team members through 1:1s and growth plans;
Job Responsibilities:

Analytics consulting and delivery

Translate business goals into analytics roadmaps; design solution wireframes and execution plans

Build and maintain dashboards, models, and measurement frameworks for performance, forecasting, and attribution

Conduct drivers analysis and experimentation (A/B tests) to identify levers of growth and efficiency

Ensure rigorous documentation, QA, and risk mitigation; track success metrics and business outcomes

Client management
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders; define governance cadence (weekly/quarterly reviews), SLAs, and KPIs

Align on scope/SOW, manage expectations, and proactively surface risks and escalations
-
Present insights and recommendations to executive audiences; drive solution adoption and change management

Ensure compliance with data privacy and platform policies; track CSAT/NPS and business impact

Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals/upsell in partnership with business teams

Team management

Lead and develop a cross-functional analytics team; own capacity planning, sprint/backlog prioritization, and resource allocation

Establish strong execution standards, documentation practices, QA/review processes, and analytics best practices

Mentor through regular 1:1s, feedback, and growth plans; foster psychological safety and collaborative problem-solving

Drive on-time, on-budget delivery; run retrospectives to continuously improve velocity and quality

Coordinate effectively with teams across APAC

Technical and data governance

Be hands-on when needed with SQL and statistical techniques; oversee model quality and dashboard reliability

Partner on data architecture, data pipelines, and measurement strategy; ensure data integrity across large, complex sources

Promote standardized taxonomies, tracking plans, and experimentation protocols
Experience:
Must Have:

Experience of managing clients and team and independently developing end-to-end analytics solutions

Proficiency in SQL, Campaign management, Dashboarding, Customer segmentation & Advanced Analytics / Statistical Techniques such as Decision Trees, Forecasting etc.

At least 8+ years of relevant experience in the field of Analytics

Experience of leading teams and developing growth roadmaps

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate client outputs
Education:
Graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering, Statistics
