- Responsible for handling State Excise activities and ensuring statutory compliance.

Responsible for handling Customs-related activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsible for scrap and waste management, including statutory documentation and disposal processes.

Responsible for preparation and management of RGP/NRGP and delivery challans.

Responsible for GST invoice generation and E-way bill preparation.

Responsible for maintaining the Bond Register and related Customs records.

Responsible for re-warehousing of materials under the EOU scheme.

Responsible for resolving deficiencies, notices, and compliance-related issues pertaining to Customs and State Excise.

Responsible for tracking, interpreting, and implementing changes in Customs, GST, and State Excise regulations.

Responsible for preparation, review, and approval coordination of Customs and State Excise documentation.

Responsible for coordinating and supporting statutory audits, including Customs, GST, State Excise, GMP, and other compliance audits.

Responsible for timely submission of returns and reports to Customs and other regulatory authorities.

Responsible for liaison and coordination with Customs, State Excise, and other government authorities as required.

Responsible for maintaining statutory records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company procedures.

Responsible for monitoring import/export documentation and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Candidate should have Good Govt liaisoning experience.

Candidate should have experience working and communicating with government departments and officials, handling approvals, permits, registrations, inspections, and regulatory matters on behalf of the company.

Candidate should be familiar with working on government portals related to Customs, GST, and State Excise.

Candidate should be proficient in SAP inventory management software.

Candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.

Candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in handling Customs and Excise activities.

Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, State Excise rules, GST provisions, and EOU procedures is preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
