Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development for our real estate search engine platform. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and property owners, and promoting our digital platform to increase listings and subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach real estate agents, brokers, builders, and developers to onboard them onto the platform.
- Generate new leads and convert them into active clients.
- Promote and explain the benefits of listing properties on our real estate search engine.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market visits and field sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development (Real Estate or Digital Platform experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of online platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
