About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and people-friendly Territory Marketing Manager who can handle field marketing activities, local events, vendor coordination, and brand promotions across assigned areas. This role is ideal for someone who understands local markets, speaks regional languages confidently, enjoys meeting people, and is willing to travel and work on the ground. We value practical experience, local networking ability, communication with people, and execution skills more than qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities in the assigned territory
- Must be open to and comfortable with creating brand visibility in the assigned location.
- Must stay updated on new competitors in the assigned area from time to time.
- Conduct and coordinate local events, campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities
- Visit schools, apartments, communities, residential areas, and local markets for branding and lead generation
- Build relationships with local vendors, event partners, and community contacts
- Coordinate with centre teams and corporate office for marketing requirements
- Identify new opportunities for traditional marketing and local promotions
- Handle pamphlet distribution, stalls, and outdoor branding activities
- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion
- Maintain reports of activities, leads, event outcomes, and expenses
- Responsible for walk-ins, admissions and enquiry generation through field activities
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication in local languages
- Basic English understanding is sufficient
- Comfortable working in the field and travelling locally
- Strong people management and coordination skills
- Energetic, proactive, and confident personality
- Experience in event management, field marketing, promotions, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple activities and coordinate with different teams
- Knowledge of local areas and communities will be an added advantage
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
