Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with our brand and project goals. The Video Editor should have strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality content.
- Add transitions, graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.
- Perform color correction and audio enhancement.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Create content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files.
- Stay updated on video editing trends and industry best practices.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 3-6 years experience as a Video Editor.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience editing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.
