Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 1 or more years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads through various sales channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain project details effectively.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, Email).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
