Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Service Engineer to join our team in Bhosari. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical or Electronics engineering and a willingness to work in field service, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Service engineers typically provide technical support, perform repairs and maintenance, and help ensure equipment runs efficiently for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and service support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Provide preventive maintenance support to reduce breakdowns.
- Communicate with customers and explain service updates clearly.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, service updates, and issue resolution.
- Support customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service delivery.
