Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of all safety rules, procedures, and statutory compliance at site/plant.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Monitor proper usage of PPE by employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions regularly.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents and submit reports.
- Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and first aid arrangements are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with departments for corrective and preventive safety actions.
- Monitor contractor safety compliance and work permit systems.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe work practices across the premises.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Immediately report major safety violations or hazardous conditions to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Certification in Industrial Safety or relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of factory safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle workforce discipline related to safety practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing / plant safety operations preferred.

Pay: ₹9,778.45 - ₹27,653.07 per month
