EDP Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and hiring platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a result-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, Manufacturing, or Corporate hiring etc.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
