Job Description – Salesforce Scrum Master (8+ Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience in driving Agile delivery and business analysis for Salesforce-based programs.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, while also ensuring effective Scrum execution, team facilitation, and delivery governance across Salesforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and ensure readiness of user stories
Salesforce-Specific Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Salesforce components (objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards)
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to deliver scalable solutions
- Support release planning, deployment validation, and post-go-live support
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives and processes
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams ensuring clear communication
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder reviews
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
- Ensure alignment with Agile governance and delivery timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with hands-on Scrum Master experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / CRM)
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience in user story writing, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria definition
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong knowledge of requirements lifecycle management and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Business Analyst / Platform App Builder)
- Scrum certifications (CSM / SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience in Healthcare / CRM-driven programs
Exposure to Salesforce integrations and data flows
