- Sanitation & Cleaning: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Clean kitchen, bar, and dining areas (sweeping, mopping, polishing).
- Maintenance & Support: Maintain, clean, and organize the storage areas, walkthroughs, and restrooms. Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and sanitation.
- Operational Support: Set up/break down banquet tables, manage trash removal, and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and OSHA regulations. Jobsoid +5
