Senior Accountant
Credocell Services LLP is a growing e-commerce and trading company dealing in consumer electronics and mobile phones, with operations across major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and JioMart.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can take ownership of accounting, taxation, reconciliation and payment-management functions across our businesses.

Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Delhi
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working: 6 days a week | 1 weekly off
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple companies/entities
- Prepare and file all GST returns and GST-related filings for multiple companies
- Coordinate closely with our CA and external tax/accounting consultants
- Maintain accounts using both Tally and BUSY
- Manage sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables and general ledger accounting
- Coordinate with suppliers and buyers for payment management, outstanding follow-ups and ledger matching
- Reconcile supplier and buyer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
- Handle bank reconciliations and payment reconciliations
- Reconcile e-commerce marketplace transactions, including Amazon, Flipkart and JioMart settlements, deductions, refunds, returns and claims
- Monitor receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
- Prepare MIS and other reports for management
- Identify discrepancies and take ownership of resolving accounting and reconciliation issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, buyers, CA and other stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of total relevant accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience working in a CA firm is mandatory
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in GST filing for multiple companies
- Proficient in both Tally and BUSY — experience with both is mandatory
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, ledgers, reconciliations and financial statements
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with multiple entities will be an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce, trading or high-volume transaction businesses will be strongly preferred
- Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / JioMart accounting and reconciliation will be an advantage
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and meet deadlines
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the accounting function, rather than someone who only handles routine bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable dealing with GST filings, CA coordination, multiple companies, supplier/buyer ledgers, marketplace reconciliations and payment management.
Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month
If you bring something exceptional to the table - such as advanced taxation knowledge, financial controls, accounting automation, strong MIS capabilities, e-commerce reconciliation expertise or significant process-improvement experience - we are open to reconsidering the compensation for the right candidate.
