We are looking for an experienced L2 Identity Protection Support Engineer to join a global enterprise technology team supporting mission-critical identity protection platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft PKI (ADCS), Certificate Management, and CyberArk PAM who enjoy solving complex technical challenges in large-scale environments.
What You'll Do
✔ Provide Level 2 operational support for Microsoft PKI (ADCS) and enterprise identity protection platforms.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve certificate-related issues involving issuance, renewal, revocation, trust chains, CRL, OCSP, and certificate enrollment services.
✔ Support and maintain Certificate Authorities (CA), certificate templates, certificate lifecycle management, and PKI infrastructure health.
✔ Manage CyberArk PAM operations including privileged account onboarding, password management, session monitoring, and vault administration.
✔ Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.
✔ Utilize Splunk and other monitoring tools for troubleshooting, event correlation, and operational support.
✔ Support automation initiatives using PowerShell, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
✔ Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and compliance records.
