Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor & Process Developer who will be responsible for financial audits, process improvement, backend management, budgeting, and business flow management. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and supporting financial planning and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Audit & Compliance
- Conduct internal financial audits and operational audits.
- Verify financial records, transactions, and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify financial risks, irregularities, and control gaps.
- Prepare audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Assist management in financial planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and monitor departmental and company budgets.
- Analyze expenses, revenue trends, and profitability.
- Support cost-control initiatives and financial optimization.
Backend Management
- Manage backend operational processes and documentation.
- Maintain MIS reports, records, and operational data.
- Coordinate with different departments for process tracking and reporting.
- Ensure proper data flow and system accuracy.
Business Flow & Process Management
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement efficient operational workflows.
- Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for business operations.
- Monitor process efficiency and ensure smooth business flow management.
- Coordinate with teams to improve productivity and operational standards.
BRD (Business Requirement Documentation)
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Gather process requirements from departments and management.
- Translate business needs into structured operational processes.
- Support implementation of new systems and operational improvements.
Price Stimulation / Pricing Analysis
- Conduct pricing analysis and market comparison.
- Support management in pricing strategy and product costing.
- Analyze profitability and pricing impact on business performance.
- Prepare reports related to pricing and financial feasibility.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial auditing and accounting principles.
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial planning.
- Experience in process development and business operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/software systems is preferred.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- CA Intermediate level qualification will be preferred.
- Experience in auditing, finance, operations, or process management preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
