Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and room bookings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Address guest complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain records of guest details and transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (additional languages preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel management software)
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and grooming

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
