Job Summary:
The Quality Chemist is responsible for conducting quality control tests and ensuring the chemical products meet established standards of quality and safety. The role involves performing analytical tests, documenting results, and collaborating with the production and R&D teams to maintain the highest standards in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Testing: Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Analytical Techniques: Utilize a variety of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR, titration, and others to assess the quality of chemical products.
- Documentation: Accurately document all test results and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies related to chemical handling and testing.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, working with the production and R&D teams to find solutions and improve processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and potential areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QC department to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure quality objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Bio-Chemistry
- Experience: Fresher.
- Regulatory Knowledge: about testing RM and PM, sampling ,chemical testing, ACS, Pharmacopiea.
- Should have knowledge of Computer Operation
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively document and report findings.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
