Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with at least 4 years of experience in IT sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities in IT services and solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for better conversions
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sales (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of IT services (Web, App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
