Full Stack Developer (React Native Development)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native mobile application development, Web & Mobile, backend architecture, scalable application development, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building robust backend systems, APIs, and full-stack mobile & web applications while working independently on complex business logic.
Required Skills
Frontend Development
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Next.js
- Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
- Responsive, Scalable, Future Ready Frontend development and performance optimization
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases
- Git version control and collaborative development workflows
- Cloud deployment and server management experience is mandatory.
Backend Development
- Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS and other latest frameworks and language.
- Modern TypeScript / JavaScript development.
- Excellent understanding of backend architecture and business logic implementation
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, Microservices and future scalability module.
- Database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of Authentication, Payment Gateway, Authorization, and Security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Resident of Gurgaon or willing to shift in Gurgaon.
- Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Experience leading technical implementations and architectural decisions with future scalability and reusable codes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
