We’re looking for a smart, curious, and driven fresher to join our fast-growing performance marketing team as a Retention & Tools Marketing Associate. This role is for someone who wants to dive into the real trenches of modern digital marketing — less theory, more doing. You’ll work hands-on with emerging tools, email and WhatsApp marketing platforms, and retention workflows that power D2C growth today.
You’ll work alongside high-performance marketers and get end-to-end exposure on how leading D2C brands are built, retained, and scaled.
What You'll Do
- Set up and manage email and WhatsApp flows across various tools (like Klaviyo, Mailmodo, Interakt, etc.)
- Explore, onboard, and compare new marketing tools to find the best fit for a campaign or brand
- Work closely with the creative, media buying, and client teams to deliver retention-focused performance
- Assist in data extraction, campaign setup, and audience segmentation
- Continuously monitor retention campaigns and optimize for better open rates, CTRs, and conversions
- Create mini reports and suggest tactical improvements from day one
