Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Required: 3–6 Years Location: Hyderabad / Noida
Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (General Shift)
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals who can drive new business acquisition, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, staff augmentation, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
*Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Identify opportunities in IT Services, Staff Augmentation, and Partnership Alliances.
*Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
*Collaborate with internal teams to create customized client solutions.
*Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates through CRM tools.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
*Strong exposure to Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, and Account Management.
*Experience in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Strategic Partnerships.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales tools.
*Exposure to India and North America markets/territories.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
