Dr Neemz Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and communication-skilled Patient Relationship Executive to handle patient coordination and support activities remotely. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining patient relationships, appointment coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media platforms
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Follow up with patients for consultations, treatments, and reviews
- Maintain proper patient communication and support
- Explain basic treatment details and appointment procedures
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for patient updates
- Maintain patient records and enquiry reports
- Support marketing campaigns by responding to leads quickly
- Ensure professional and polite communication with all patients
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Basic computer and smartphone handling knowledge
- Experience in customer support or telecalling is an added advantage
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
