Job Description
WoW Nandi Panchgavya is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused B2C Counter Sales Executives to join our retail stores in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and POS transactions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain sales records and customer interactions.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in retail, counter sales, FMCG, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, or consumer products is preferred.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as per retail store schedules.
Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience using POS billing systems is preferred.
