Job Title: Senior Demand Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Paid Media, Content Syndication, Webinars, Account-Based Marketing).
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client ICPs, buyer personas, and revenue goals.
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation to reporting.
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Drive MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets across assigned accounts.
- Ensure lead quality meets defined client SLAs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and nurturing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or lead generation.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of achieving MQL/SQL targets.
- Experience managing paid media and LinkedIn campaigns is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
