Filante Global Services is the parent company behind two growing D2C brands Bmado and Wekitch. We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Tele Caller Executive / Receptionist to be the voice and first point of contact for our customers and business partners. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage calls and inquiries professionally in both Hindi and English.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Bmado and Wekitch addressing order queries, product questions, complaints, and follow-ups
- Manage front desk reception duties welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, and routing calls to relevant teams
- Support customer retention by handling escalations calmly and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team member
- Maintain call logs, track follow-up tasks, and update records in internal systems accurately
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to relay customer feedback and support ongoing campaigns
- Assist with WhatsApp and email-based customer communications when required
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English both spoken and written; ability to switch between languages smoothly on calls
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills professional, warm, and calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or front desk roles (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
