What You'll Do
Design high-performing creatives for social media, digital campaigns, ads, and branding.
Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails, presentations, and marketing assets.
Work closely with content strategists, video editors, and creative leads to bring ideas to life.
Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, ideation, image generation, and workflow.
Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for different clients and industries.
Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and AI trends.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing modern digital design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Kling, Runway, or similar.
Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Someone who is curious, proactive, and constantly learning new tools.
Bonus Skills
Basic motion graphics or video editing.
Experience with packaging or branding projects.
Prompt writing for AI image generation.
Knowledge of Canva, Notion, Framer, or Webflow.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
