Job Overview
Ramsons Perfumes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the Inventory Department. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in accounts and inventory management, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory control, and financial record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records to ensure smooth stock management.
- Process inventory invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and update accounting records.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and control.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory accounts.
- Prepare inventory-related financial reports and support audit processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain proper documentation for stock movements.
- Handle queries from vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding inventory and financial records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounts team to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts and/or Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
