Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment.
- Wash, sanitize, and store kitchenware following hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Dispose of waste and garbage as per company procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean utensils during service hours.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Support smooth kitchen operations by maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Preferred Profile:
- Prior experience as a Steward is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and a team player.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
