- Supervise daily hatchery work
- Monitor egg incubation and hatching process
- Check temperature and humidity in machines
- Ensure good quality chicks production
- Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity
- Supervise hatchery workers and helpers
- Check incubator and hatcher machine condition
- Maintain hatchery records and reports
- Arrange chick vaccination and dispatch
- Remove damaged or poor-quality eggs
- Coordinate with transport and farm teams
- Ensure safety rules are followed
- Monitor stock of hatchery materials
- Reduce chick mortality and improve hatchability
- Report daily activities to management
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
