Job Summary
Sygnific Careers is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads for our career guidance and student development programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Generate high-quality leads for career guidance and educational programs.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the content writer and video editor to develop creative marketing campaigns.
- Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Career Guidance sector is preferred.
