Centre Manager – Malad
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Centre Manager to manage the overall performance and operations of our learning centre in Malad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for admissions, revenue generation, centre operations, student experience, team management, and P&L management. The candidate should have strong sales, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive the centre towards its monthly and quarterly business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions
- Own and achieve monthly and quarterly admissions and revenue targets.
- Manage the complete admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections.
- Monitor counsellor performance and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Drive local admissions through referrals, seminars, events, and partnerships.
Centre Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning centre.
- Ensure smooth student onboarding, batch scheduling, attendance, and fee collection.
- Handle student and parent queries, complaints, refunds, and deferment cases.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for smooth batch operations and quality delivery.
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, vendors, safety, and compliance.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate counsellors and front-desk staff.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Build a positive, disciplined, and target-driven centre culture.
Finance, MIS & Reporting
- Manage centre-level P&L, budgets, expenses, and collections.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor key business metrics such as enquiries, conversions, admissions, revenue, collections, and team performance.
- Use data and dashboards to identify gaps and improve centre performance.
Marketing & Business Development
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to generate admissions.
- Develop school/college tie-ups, seminars, referral campaigns, and local partnerships.
- Support digital and offline marketing activities to increase centre visibility and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and contribute to improving ROI.
Technology & Documentation
- Maintain accurate student, financial, attendance, and operational records.
- Use Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, CRM, and WhatsApp Business for centre management and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Centre Management, Branch Management, Sales Management, Education, EdTech, Retail Services, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in achieving sales, admissions, and revenue targets.
- Strong team management, leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Meet.
- Experience with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and analytics will be an added advantage.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Animation, Design, VFX, EdTech, or vocational training will be preferred but is not mandatory.
