The Transport Executive will be responsible for hiring vehicles from the open market, negotiating transport rates, collecting quotations, and coordinating vehicle placement to ensure smooth and cost-effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Hire vehicles from the local and inter-state transport market as per operational requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates with transporters and vehicle owners to achieve cost efficiency.
- Collect, compare, and maintain quotations from transport vendors.
- Coordinate vehicle placement for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with transporters and vendors.
- Ensure availability of vehicles on time as per dispatch plans.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience: 1 to 2 years in transportation hiring.
- Graduate or 12th pass (preferred).
- Experience in transport coordination or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle hiring and market transport rates.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
