Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of working experience in interior site execution and supervision projects.
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site execution activities, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion of projects, and smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, and the design team. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of interior execution, site coordination abilities, and practical problem-solving skills so as to manage the complete on-site ecosystem ensuring successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Site Execution & Supervision:
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and monitor work progress.
- Ensure execution work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Lead on-ground teams and Coordinate with and between carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
- Take-on or find resources to complete roles or work items, that fall into the grey area, which neither of the appointed contractors or agencies may be able to address.
- Monitor site productivity and maintain execution timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and finishing details are maintained throughout execution.
2. Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, consultants, and contractors for smooth workflow.
- Attend site meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Resolve site-related execution issues and technical challenges.
- Ensure effective communication between office and site teams.
3. Material Handling & Planning:
- Monitor site material requirements and stock availability.
- Ensure proper usage and handling of materials at site.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing timely material deliveries.
- Verify material quality before installation and execution.
4. Site Monitoring & Reporting:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates.
- Monitor project schedules and report delays or challenges.
- Ensure site cleanliness and proper management of tools and equipment.
- Be adept in construction methodologies, execution sequencing, and evolving industry practices and developments.
•Prepare snag list and ensure their completion, to the client and studios satisfaction.
•Organize latest drawing sets, bills, payment records, etc.
5. Quality & Safety Management:
- Ensure all work is executed according to design intent, specifications and safety standards.
- Identify defects or execution errors and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain discipline and safety practices at the project site.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.
•Flexibility in timings is crucial, to cope up with overtimes or attending on exceptional days, when required.
•Basics of MS office (mainly excel) are needed. Exposure to AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Suite (In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), A.I tools related to project/site management are an add-on.
•Comfort with travelling between locations and office nearly on a daily basis, using the necessary travel modes. Own vehicle/ two-wheeler to manage the same, is welcome.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
