Hiring | Manager – Operations
Location: Corporate Office – NSP, New Delhi
Reporting to: CEO
Experience: 8–11 Years
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations to drive and monitor operational performance across our manufacturing units and co-packing operations in the packaged drinking water / FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive production, productivity, OEE, capacity utilization, cost and dispatch performance.
Monitor plant and co-packer performance and drive corrective actions.
Drive manpower productivity, cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to BIS, FSSAI, GMP, HACCP and internal standards.
Review operational MIS, KPIs and performance dashboards for Management.
Drive standardization, process improvement and operational excellence.
Coordinate with Plant Heads and cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate:
B.Tech / B.E.; MBA / PG in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
8–11 years of relevant experience in packaged drinking water, beverages, FMCG, food processing or allied industries.
Strong analytical, leadership, execution and MIS skills.
Willingness to travel to manufacturing units and co-packing locations.
Handle PAN Level Team of Operations and Quality.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
