Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Drive sales for residential and commercial projects through effective client acquisition and relationship management.
- Present projects to prospective clients with strong negotiation and presentation skills to achieve closures.
- Handle end-to-end sales process including site visits, follow-ups, and final deal negotiations.
- Maintain and update client database using CRM software with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Communicate effectively in Marathi & English to engage with diverse clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of bookings and documentation.
