Overview:
The Software Engineer III is a key individual contributor responsible for building, scaling, and supporting Python‑based backend services within the Integrated Front Office. This role owns features end‑to‑end and contributes to system design, with a strong focus on building reliable, scalable, and context‑aware workflows that integrate across distributed systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python

Own features from development through deployment and support

Contribute to the design and implementation of context‑aware workflows and system integrations

Participate in technical design discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability

Write clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices

Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and other Engineering teams

Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend service development

Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems

Solid understanding of distributed systems and service‑oriented architectures

Experience with Docker and cloud‑based environments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices

Understanding of context propagation, event‑driven systems, or MCP‑style workflows (preferred)
