We are looking for a Technical Project Manager / Coordinator with 5-6 years of experience to shield the product team from low-level escalations by managing ticket flow, prioritizing bugs, and overseeing all internal technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical coordinator for all low-level issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with the project manager and the development team to assess issue scope, estimate time to resolution, and slot tickets into sprints.
- Manage the project roadmap for all non-product initiatives, including technical and architectural overhauls.
- Maintain strict internal communication standards, including acknowledging issues, defining clear ETAs, and updating stakeholders.
- Monitor bug volume and identify recurring technical problem areas.
Requirements:
- Strong background in technical project management and collaborates effectivetly with international clients.
- Solid understanding of application development, front-end, back-end, databases, microservices, cloud, etc.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge remote development teams and product leaders.
- Experience managing high ticket volumes, setting sprint priorities, and tracking bugs to complete resolution.
- Proactive approach to organizing workflows and shielding technical teams from recurring low-level distractions.
