Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Service Executive to manage installation support, maintenance, and after-sales service for solar energy systems. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of solar projects, timely resolution of customer complaints, and high service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Technical Support
- Coordinate and support installation of rooftop solar systems, solar pumps, and related equipment
- Assist technical teams during commissioning and testing of solar systems
- Ensure installations are completed as per quality and safety standards
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where required
Customer Service & Support
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly
- Provide technical guidance and operational training to customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective after-sales support
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and installation records
- Maintain inventory details of spare parts and tools
- Submit daily/weekly service activity reports to management
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless project execution
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies during field work
- Support warranty claims and vendor/service coordination
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in solar installation and service preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge of solar systems may also apply
Required Skills
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer handling abilities
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel when required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
