Virtuoso Creations helps salons, dental/diagnostic clinics, and real estate businesses in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Pune automate customer engagement through WhatsApp marketing automation and build high-converting websites. We're scaling our outbound sales function and looking for a driven BDE to own the top of our sales funnel.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, running discovery calls, and closing deals across our WhatsApp automation (Starter/Professional/Premium) and website development service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM (target: 30 touches/day)
- Qualify leads and log every interaction in the CRM/lead tracker
- Book and run discovery calls, diagnosing client pain points (missed leads, no website, slow response time)
- Present relevant pricing tiers and send proposals same-day
- Close deals on Starter-tier and Website Basic packages independently; support founder on Professional/Premium/Bundle closes
- Follow up per the defined cadence (Day 2, 5, 10) until a lead is Won, Rejected, or marked No Response
- Maintain weekly targets: 3+ discovery calls booked, consistent pipeline hygiene
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication in English + Hindi/regional language
- Prior sales, customer-facing, or business development experience preferred (retail, tuition, event promotion also count)
- Comfortable with commission-based/commission-heavy compensation
- Self-driven, resilient, comfortable with rejection and follow-through
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel
