Position Overview
SRK Sainik School is seeking a tech-savvy and dedicated Computer Teacher who can effectively teach Information Technology and Computer Science while helping students master coding, digital literacy, and modern software applications. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong interest in electronics and can bridge the gap between software and hardware to foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and technical innovation in students while maintaining the discipline and academic standards expected in a Sainik School environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach computer classes according to the CBSE syllabus.
- Plan simple and clear lessons for students.
- Teach students how to use software, type correctly, and write basic code (like Python).
- Take care of the Computer Lab and make sure all computers are working well.
- Give homework, conduct lab practicals, and mark exams.
- Keep track of student marks and their progress.
- Help students take part in computer competitions and science fairs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of computers, the internet, and coding.
- Ability to speak and write clearly so students can understand.
- Good at managing a classroom and keeping students focused.
- Comfortable using modern tools like smartboards and educational apps.
