- Supervise daily assembly and packing activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure proper assembly of bearings as per work instructions and quality standards.
- Monitor packing operations, labeling, and product identification.
- Verify finished products before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and packing documentation.
- Coordinate with Production Planning (PPC), Quality, and Stores departments.
- Ensure availability of packing materials and production consumables.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities to the Maintenance team.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices on the shop floor.
- Train operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality requirements, and safety practices.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and PPE usage.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage through process improvements.
- Support new product trials and process improvements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
