Core Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to business goals.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, edit, and publish engaging, platform-specific content (text, image, video) daily.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and manage social interactions to build relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., clicks, engagement, conversions), prepare performance reports, and analyze data to optimize strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with new, emerging trends and technologies in social media, such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (e.g., on LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (often 2-3+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Platform Knowledge: Proficient in using major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You tube, etc.) and social media analytics tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and community interaction.
- Creativity & Strategy: Creative thinker with the ability to turn brand goals into engaging social strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to improve campaign performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
