Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur Malappuram

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OT In-Charge to manage the daily operations of the Operation Theatre, specifically supporting gynaecological procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth OT functioning, maintaining sterile environments, coordinating surgical schedules, and assisting surgeons during procedures.
Qualification:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Kerala Nursing Council Registration is mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Operation Theatre.
- Mandatory experience in Gynecology OT.
- Prior experience in OT supervision or coordination will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning and readiness of the Operation Theatre.
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols.
- Prepare OT for gynaecological surgeries and ensure all required instruments and equipment are available.
- Supervise OT nursing staff and technicians and allocate duties accordingly.
- Maintain OT records, surgical registers, and documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of OT procedures and gynaecological surgeries.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
