JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients using provided leads to schedule training sessions for
the Petrosoft software.
Coordinate with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots.
Schedule a minimum of 45 training sessions per day.
Track and follow up to ensure trainers complete at least 50 trainings per month.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings.
Communicate effectively in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional
clients.
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes promptly and
professionally.
Report daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager.
Assist in resolving minor queries related to training coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in support coordination, customer service, or telecalling.
Fluency in at least two South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu,
Malayalam); proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
