Role: Feature Delivery Owner

We are seeking an experienced Feature Delivery Owner to lead feature-level delivery through effective Agile planning, backlog refinement, and requirement mapping. The role is accountable for ensuring features are prioritized, value-aligned, and delivered efficiently while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
Technical Skills Expected
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile planning and backlog refinement
- Proficiency with Agile refinement tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps)
- Expertise in requirements mapping from business objectives to feature delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable feature stories
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and ceremonies
Application / Domain Skills Expected
- Strong understanding of feature-level business rules
- Ability to drive prioritization based on business value, risk, and dependencies
- Proven capability in value alignment, ensuring delivered features meet business outcomes
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams
- Stakeholder management and decision facilitation at feature scope
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feature planning and refinement, ensuring readiness for sprint execution
- Own feature-level backlog items and acceptance criteria
- Align feature priorities with business goals and delivery timelines
- Facilitate requirement discussions and clarify functional scope
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Manage dependencies and risks at the feature level
- Ensure transparency through tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Support continuous improvement in Agile practices and delivery efficiency
