Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing agents/advisors, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance sales agents/advisors
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team
- Develop effective sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching support
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and corporate partners
- Ensure excellent customer service and policy retention
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales or sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
