Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Support the planning and execution. Coordinate and execute corporate marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. Manage and support IAMICON-related activities, including event planning, stakeholder coordination, communication, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, promotional materials, and communication content. Track project timelines, monitor campaign progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities and promotional campaigns. Support product launches, conferences, CMEs, internal events, and other business initiatives. Maintain marketing databases, reports, budgets, and documentation. Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, branding guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities. Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing marketing and business development projects. Candidate Profile Experience in pharmaceutical sales; prior First Line Management experience preferred. Strong process orientation; MNC experience is an advantage.
