As an HRBP Intern , you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity
- Assist in conducting performance review discussions
- Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed
- Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory in HRBP field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
